Fleet-wide carbon intensity improvement

The First Port’s CII improvement programme combines weather routing, hull and propeller condition management, speed-consumption profiling and shore-based voyage performance monitoring. Against the 2024 baseline, the managed fleet has recorded an 18% improvement in operational carbon intensity.
